For Those Who Truly

The Polar Express is my ultimate favorite Christmas book, even before having Kayden, I read the book every year, and still read it to my kids in my classroom, we dress in our P.J.s and drink hot coco. Every time I read the book it brings tears to my eyes. I love the movie but the book is just so much more emotional and if you have never heard Liam Neeson read it, you are truly missing out. I do get to experience the Polar Express every year in my classroom with my kids when we read it and wear our p.j.'s but tonight I got to experience the Polar Express at another level with Kayden. After leaving our train ride, I was a little bummed but I think it had a lot to do with the day being so busy and so much to do that I didn't have time to reflect and digest the whole experience and the next morning while talking with Kayden about what she thought about it all and looking through my pictures...bummed, what was I thinking, it was AWESOME...I was a little sad they didn't read the book on the train, well duh why did they need to read the book we were the book and when I looked at it from that point of view and from a 3 year old, I was taken back. The whole experience was magical and I'm going to let the pictures speak for themselves...
