Reading Pays Off...

Since Kayden and Mommy have been reading all summer Kayden earned a free ticket to the Fort Worth Science Museum. The Museum is under some construction so all the exhibits are in with the National Cowgirl Museum and how cool that we were able to go to both at the same time. We took our field trip with our library buddies Mallory and Mrs. Lori...

My Little Cowgirl...
The Museum had cute little cowgirl dress up clothes so we dressed up and rode a horse...

Then the girls got to sit on saddles and watch a cowgirl movie...this was pretty cool...

Kayden and Mallory thought getting up on the stage with cowgirls was pretty cool. They even did a little performing of nursery rhymes for the cowgirls and their mommy's...

Riding another horse but...

after you rode this horse for 30 seconds...

then you got to see yourself on the big screen...

We even had a good old cowgirl campfire cookout...

Now for the downstairs fun with Science...

Kayden loved these trains, she could have played with them all day long...

This was pretty cool...

Using a scale to measure mass...
PawPaw the science teacher would be so proud... Building with legos...

Magnets are really neat...

Measuring a big rock...
Kayden loves to measure, she knows what drawer we keep the measuring tape in and goes and gets it all the time and measures things around the house...

We needed to get some money out of the ATM machine so...

we can go shopping at the grocery store...

Must be a special night because we are having lobster...

After you shop you have to scan your items and pay for them...

Museums make you pretty hungry so before we headed home we stopped to eat Mexican food and it sure was yummy and tasty...
