We went to see Dr. Leffel today for Karsyn’s 2 month check up…Dr. Leffel said that Karsyn is doing great.

Here are her stats…

~weight:  11 pounds 3 ounces  (50%)

~length:  23 1/2 inches  (75%)

What is Karsyn doing at 2 months…

~smiling like crazy, whenever someone talks to you, you smile and especially when you have full tummy…

~you try to talk to us, it’s the cutest thing because when we are talking to you, you open you mouth and sounds come  out (cooing)like you are trying to tell us something…

~you are still drinking 4 ounces of milk about every 3 hours…

~you are technically sleeping through the night…Mommy gives you your nighttime bottle between 9:00-9:30 and then I put you down for the night and you wake up almost on the dot every night at 4:00a.m.  Mommy is loving me some of that :)…

~you love to sleep on your belly, I know they say back and side are the best but I know my girl and she loves to sleep on her tummy and so did your big sister…

~you are sleeping in your cradle in Mommy and Daddy’s room, and the cradle that you are sleeping in is the same one that Kayden slept in as well as PawPaw…pretty neat that it has been in the family that long and now you and Kayden will have it for your children to sleep in someday…

~you love taking a bath…

~you are holding your head up like a champ…

~you can now grasp things, you like to grasp onto our fingers and a time or two you have made a pretty strong grasp onto your sister’s hair…

~you love sitting in your boppy pillow…

~you’re not such a big fan of your swing anymore, maybe that will change again…

~you love being held and being held out front so that you can look around and see stuff…

~you don’t like your passy anymore, you spit out, any passy we try to give you…

~you love noise and for us to make silly noises at you…
