 Today was Kayden’s Easter party at preschool…Kayden enjoys going to preschool and has become so spiritual.  Her preschool does an awesome job helping her learn about Jesus and gain more understanding.  There isn’t a day that goes by that Kayden doesn’t say something about Jesus or ask us a question about him.  We think it’s awesome that she already has such a good understanding about Jesus and loves him so much.

On Monday when I picked Kayden up from preschool here is our conversation in the car…

Kayden:  “Mommy do you know that Easter just isn’t about the Easter   Bunny, its also about Jesus dying on the cross.

Mommy:  “You are so right, he died on the cross for our sins”

Kayden:  “What are sins Mommy”

Mommy:  “Sometimes we do things that we aren’t suppose to do and those are sins and if you ask Jesus to forgive you for what you’ve done, he is so awesome that he does…

Kayden:  “Like when Eve ate the apple, that’s a sin”

Mommy:  “That’s right, hunny”

~now we are getting out of the car and walking thru the doors into     Wal-Mart…

Kayden:  “If Easter isn’t just about the Easter Bunny then why don’t they (Wal-Mart) sell Jesus stuff here…
