This morning Mommy had a Dr. appointment so after Mommy’s appointment Kayden and I ran a few errands, had lunch at Jason’s Deli and then we ended our day at the Gaylord Texan, to look at all the pretty decorations and of course to see Santa…
When Mommy and Kayden got to Santa’s workshop he was on a break so we had plenty of time to look around and for Mommy to take tons and tons of pictures…It’s hard not to take them when your subject is so stink’n cute and the place you are at is a photographers paradise…
One of the many pretty trees that we saw…We have been taking Kayden to the Gaylord since her first Christmas and every year it is decorated so pretty and it’s always different from year to year…
Those are some HUGE gingerbread people…
This year next door to Santa they had where you could buy a kit and make your very own gingerbread house, if it’s there next year we will definitely put that on our list…
Mommy’s favorite part of the Gaylord is the river walk…
Kayden is such a WONDERFUL little girl, and we are so blessed because she’s just AWESOME…When we found out that Santa was on a break and wouldn’t be back until 5:30, we had gotten there around 3:30 so we had 2 hours before seeing him and plus we had been out all day shopping and she was PERFECT…she never ONCE complained about walking around or whined about when will she see Santa…She is going to be a wonderful role model for her little sister…
Kayden wanted me to take this picture for Daddy, because he loves the cowboys and those are some big cowboy boots…
It was a beautiful day so we also did some walking around outside. They have a little section called the Texas Hill Country which was super pretty. I just love the Hill Country I guess because I grew up down there…
Even though it was a very long day, it was a GREAT day and I enjoyed spending it with just my little girl…
