Mommy and Daddy can’t believe that Kayden started Kindergarten today. Time flies by way too fast. I’m so LUCKY that Kayden is at my school. River Trails is a wonderful place to teach and an even better place to learn. Having Kayden at my school means the world to me…Today walking her into her classroom was so emotional for me. This will be my 12th year to teach 2nd grade but my 1st year to be on the other side as a parent…Mommy and Daddy are so excited about the new adventure of Kindergarten and are so very proud of our little girl…she is going to have a great year and we know that she has a love for learning, so we’re so excited about all the things that our little sponge is going to soak up this school year…

Outside every hallway River Trails has grade level signs, so I can already see a tradition of taking first day pictures in front of the sign every year…
