Tonight Kayden, Mommy and Daddy carved a pumpkin…
On the way home from school Kayden and Mommy stopped at the Farmer’s Market and Kayden picked out the perfect pumpkin to carve…
First Daddy had the honors of cutting open the pumpkin…
I’m ready to scoop…
Kayden thought the inside of the pumpkin looked so cool…as soon as she took a look inside she said “it looks like spider webs and it smells weird”…
Umm…where do I start…
Before you dig in lets push up your sleeves…
Kayden loved digging in the pumpkin and taking out all the gooey insides…
Who needs a scooper when I can just use my hands…
“Yuck”…
I think its all out…
Time for Daddy to do the carving…First Daddy drew a couple of faces on the black paper and Kayden got to pick which one she liked the best…
Time for a root beer break…
While daddy finished carving the pumpkin, Kayden and Mommy roasted pumpkin seeds…
Thumbs up to roasted pumpkin seeds, they are very yummy…
Our pumpkin is all done, now time to put in a couple of lights…
What a jazzy looking jack o’ lantern
Finding the perfect spot to show it off…
Kayden thought she was so strong…
The next morning before Kayden and Mommy left for school, Kayden wanted to check on our pumpkin and of course Mommy took a few pictures of her dressed up again all cute for Halloween..
