We’re all packed and ready for our 12 hour road trip to Destin. We left the Moore’s house today at4:00 p.m. The girls were super excited…

~When we left the Moore’s house at 4:00 p.m. our plan was to drive about 6 hours (half way) to Louisiana and find a hotel to spend the night in, well plans changed… when we got to our half way point Daddy went in to a Holiday Express and they didn’t have any rooms available they told him that there was a baseball tournament in town and that it would probably be very difficult to find any rooms in town, so we did check a few other places and no rooms, so we drove about another 30 minutes to the next town and when Daddy went in to check for a room they only had 1 room available which wouldn’t work either, so we drove about another 30minutes to an hour to the next town and daddy went in and all this hotel had was smoking rooms (yuck) so now we are about 4 hours away from Destin and it’s around 1:30 a.m. and the girls are snoozing away so we decide to just do it and drive the rest of the way, so we pulled into the drive of our cute little beach house around 5:30 a.m.
Here’s where we will be for the next 10 days…
