day 6  This morning the girls went on a little bike ride around the neighborhood…

day 61

How to make a lobster at the beach…

day #6Step 1:

~Paint 1 foot red.

~Then press, hold and lift your painted foot onto a white piece of paper.

~Your footprint makes a cute little lobster body.

day #61  Step 2:

~Paint one of your hands red.

~Press, hold and lift onto the white paper above your footprint with fingers facing up.

~Then let your mommy paint your other hand and press, hold and lift onto the white paper above your footprint with fingers facing up on the opposite side of where you just did the first handprint.

When Mommy and Mrs. Lori would take the girls down to the beach we liked to walk through our cute neighborhood and over the boardwalk but anytime the girls went with D or their Daddies they would take them thru the “short cut”.  When you would walk out of our driveway a little ways down was an empty lot which we all named the “short cut” and it did make the walk to the beach even shorter.  The girls loved taking the “short cut” and the first time Mommy and Mrs. Lori went with them on the “short cut”  Kayden and Mallory had to show us the way and they were so super excited.  They LOVED taking the “short cut”…

This was the first time we had been down to the beach in the evening.  The water was so pretty and blue and extremely calm.  Kayden and Mallory had so much fun playing in the water.  The evening was Mommy’s favorite time to be at the beach…

Almost every morning Daddy and D would go down to the beach and fish.  So here they are with some nets trying to find tiny fish to use as bait…
