A Trunk Full of Love...

Today Mommy had the day off, so Kayden Mommy and Mimi went to Build a Bear at Grapevine Mills Mall...

As soon as we walked in, Kayden did a quick look at all the animals and she went straight to the...

elephant (of course) her favorite animal...

She took the sample off the wall and right away started hugging the elephant...

After we did another quick look of all the cute animals to make sure the elephant was the one, I told Kayden that she had to put the other elephant back and that she needed to get one out of the tub because today we were going to make her very own special elephant...

Just had to hug her very own special one...

Here is her elephant on the machine ready to be stuffed...

Kayden even got to press the pedal and help stuff her elephant...

Then it was time to put a heart in her elephant but first we had to warm the heart up by rubbing our hands together with the heart inside her hands...

Then it was time to squeeze the heart very tight and make a wish. Next Kayden kissed the heart and placed the heart inside her elephant before they stitched her up...

All done...

Scrub-A-Dub-Dub ...

Make sure to scrub her under her trunk...

don't forget her back...

Let the fun begin...
now it's time to pick out clothes and accessories...

Kayden went straight for this cute striped tank top....

Wow...so many cute things...

Look at these cute shoes that match the tank top I already found...

Now we need some cute bottoms...

Can you help me put this skirt on Mimi...

Look at his cute purse...

Let's try her shoes on...

Kayden tried and tried to tie these shoes...she was so determined, but still needed Mimi to help her...it won't be long and she'll be tying her own shoes...

Time for an outfit change...

Mimi bought Kayden a cute workout outfit with sketcher tennis shoes, so now her elephant has two outfits to wear...

Kayden loves wearing sunglasses so she loved trying them on her elephant...

So cute, all done playing dress up...

Then it was time to go to the computer and name her elephant and make her a birth certificate...
Kayden decided to name her Ellie...Kayden said "Mommy, I want to name her Ellie, since I lost my old elephant Ella and Ellie sounds like elephant"...

Kayden did a lot of the typing all by herself...especially spelling her name, we would follow all the directions on the screen and Mommy would tell Kayden what letters to push...

I love my new elephant Ellie...

Time to go...

Kayden didn't want Ellie to ride in her box (house), so she decided that she needed to ride in her stroller...

After all the fun at Build a Bear we headed to "The Monkey House" (Rain Forest Cafe) to have lunch...

Mimi and Kayden...

The resturant wasn't crowed at all so we picked a table right by the elephants...

Kayden loved sitting so close to the elephants...

Kayden, Mommy and Ellie...

After lunch at the Monkey House and shopping we headed back to Mimi's house to change into our dance clothes and Mimi let Kayden dunk cookies in milk...

What a great way to end a wonderful day...
