How to Hula Hoop...

Kayden Style...

Step 1: Place hula hoop on the ground and stand inside the hoop...


Step 2: Grab the hoop and stand up...

Step 3: Then hold hoop against lower back, just above the hip bones...


Step 4: Place one foot a step in front of the other and swing the hoop, in a smooth horizontal motion...

Step 5: When the hoop comes around and touches your belly, wing you hips forward, pushing against it...


Kayden was cute tonight trying to hula hoop, she never got frustrated she would just pick it up and try again...
