In August Kayden started preschool at Kids in Glory…Being that she’s our first we were new to the whole preschool experience…and what an amazing experience we have had. Kayden has grown so much academically as well as spiritually. Even though I’m extremely excited about Kayden starting kindergarten next year, I’m sad to be leaving such an amazing place with such wonderful people…From Mrs. Gail who greets you every morning and afternoon, to Mrs. Becky who is so nurturing and such an amazing teacher, to Mrs. Beverly the preschool coordinator who always has the sweetest things to say about Kayden, to finally the amazing and sweet Mr. Jim who keeps the preschool up and running…Mrs. Beverly asked me today if our sweet little Karsyn was going to be joining them in the future and I said of course, I wouldn’t dream of taking her anywhere else and we’re thinking about enrolling Karsyn when she turns 3…

Kayden was so cute walking down the isle, as they played pomp and circumstance, as they walked there was even a cute picture of them on the big screen…
Kayden did an awesome job of walking in, she was really cute and had a huge smile on her face…
As soon as Kayden turned around she spotted her fan club sitting all together and gave us the cutest smile…Mimi, Popo, Mommy, Daddy, Karsyn, Ms. Sharon, Ms. Lori and Mallory were all there to be a part of her special day…
During the ceremony the kids showed us everything that they’ve mastered in the preschool curriculum…Mommy, Daddy and Karsyn were so proud of our precious little girl…
~counting from 1 to 100…
~counting by 10’s 1 to 100…
~doing 1 digit adding and subtracting…
~doing simple addition and subtraction story problems…
~recognizing there letters and sounds…
~reciting a scripture…
~singing the song little eyes…
~repeating a sentence that they memorized as well as are able to write…
Mrs. Becky also asked every student what they wanted to be when they grow up and Kayden said she wanted to be a doctor. Later that night she told me that she forgot to say not a people doctor but an animal doctor…
After the kids did an awesome job of showing all the wonderful things they have learned this year, Mrs. Beverly talked to them about how proud she was of them and then it was time to hand out their diplomas…
