Last Wednesday's dance class was show and tell, so Mommy, Daddy, Mimi and Popo were all there to cheer Kayden on...

Whenever we go somewhere Kayden and Mallory get so excited when they see one another and it's super cute because they pretty much spend all day together but yet they're so excited to see each other...This picture and the next were taken from Kayden's point of view...

They couldn't wait to show all their number one fans just how much they have learned in 8 weeks...

First Position...

feet are turned out with heels touching and the backs of your knees should also be touching...

Third Position...

draw the right foot into the left foot. The right heel should be in the center of the left foot's arch. The left arms stays in second position while the right arm comes back to first position...

Fourth Position...

Step forward with the right foot about 12 inches. Keep both feet turned out. The left arm comes to first position and the right goes up over your head but stays rounded...

Cou-de-pied position
working foot is placed on the part of the leg between the base of the calf and the beginning of the ankle

Balance

a sense of physical equilibrium, steadiness, poise...
